"Argonne's Postdoc Program Demystified"

Last year Argonne introduced a new class of postdocs: the Director's Postdocs. The aim of this program is to attract the brightest young minds to Argonne. I will outline the selection process, and criteria used by the committee to evaluate candidates. The aim is to encourage more MCS'ers to sponsor postdocs to apply for these positions.
