Description:
The GridColombia project was created recently with the goal of building a grid infrastructure linking the computational resources of several Colombian universities. This grid will service Colombian researchers from a variety of fields, such as biodiversity research, climate research, and the petroleum industry. This talk will present the current status, goals, and roadmap of GridColombia.
