Linyun Liang received his Ph.D. in computational physics from the Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, China, in 2010. Before joining Argonne, he was a postdoctoral scholar at Pennsylvania State University. He is coauthor of several journal articles on phase-field modeling (in Applied Physics Letters and Physics Review E), on thermodynamics of potassium niobate (in the Journal of Applied Physics), and electron transport in solar cells (in Acta Physica Sinica).
