Ti Leggett

HPC Systems Administrator Lead

Ti Leggett is a senior system administrator and also holds a staff appointment at the University of Chicago/Argonne Computation Institute; his recent accomplishments include configuration management tools and the use of science gateways to access advanced resources on the TeraGrid.

Leggett worked at Argonne in 1998 and again in 1999-2001 as a student in the in the Mathematics and Computer Science Division's Systems group, helping to maintain the large-scale heterogeneous computing environment, to integrate Linux into the existing Unix environment, and to design the division\'s first Linux cluster. After a year in the private sector, he rejoined Argonne in 2001 as a system administrator, where he worked on scientific visualization systems and the Access Grid Toolkit and was the technical lead responsible for Argonne's work on the National Microbial Pathogen Data Resource project during its initial operation.
