Abstract:
GADU is an automated, scalable, high-throughput computational workflow engine that enables the Grid execution of bioinformatics tools. It acts a gateway to the Grid for Bioinformatics applications. GADU executes the tools in the form workflows that are defined using GriPhyN's Virtual Data System (VDS) and can run the jobs on heterogeneous Grid resources such as TeraGrid, Open Science Grid and local cluster Jazz simultaneously.
