Introduction

    The AGEP contains the index of all Access Grid Enhancement Proposals,
    known as AGEPs.  AGEP numbers are assigned by the AGEP Editor, and
    once assigned are never changed.  The CVS history[1] of the AGEP
    texts represent their historical record.
