How to Download Files from the Web

To download files from the ADIFOR web pages, you must save the links to your local disk. The procedure for doing this varies from browser to browser. Here are instructions for some common web browsers:

Netscape

Click on the desired link with the right button to bring up a menu. Select Save Link As... which brings up a filename dialog box. Enter a filename and click on OK.

Mosaic

Select Load to Local Disk from the Options menu. Follow the link as usual, and enter a filename in the dialog box which appears. When you are done downloading files, un-select Load to Local Disk.

Other Browsers
