Other Things I've Worked On

• DSL system configuration and networking: Building and evaluating network configurations in the Distributed Systems Laboratory .
• ESnet performance: Performance tests between Argonne and LBNL over ESnet.
• New .software tools: These tools build user's environment (PATH, MANPATH, and other environment variables) to correctly run selected applications in a shell- and system- independent manner. New version maintained by systems.
• GlobusView:a web-based tool to monitor the GUSTO testbed
• The Grid Storage Client API Another API for accessing remote storage.
• GASS: A set of libraries and tools for remote file access for the Globus project.
• Globus Testbed: Building the GUSTO testbed at Argonne's MCS division.
• SC'00 FTP Client Demo: A Demo application using the library for high-volume and high-performance file transfers.
• Globus I/O Contention Performance: Some experimental data showing the performance of Globus I/O when high numbers of sockets are in use, as well as the effect of some optimizations in improving performance.
• Globus FTP Client Library: Designing and implementing a client for the Grid-FTP parallel ftp protocol.
• Log Daemon Client Library: Designing and implementing a client for the archiving netlogger daemon (for SC'01 Demos).
