PCN

#raggedright417#

PCN [#fosterpcnapproach##1#,#fosterpcnmanual##1#] is a system for developing and executing parallel programs. It comprises a high-level programming language, tools for developing and debugging programs in this language, and interfaces to Fortran and C that allow the reuse of existing code in multilingual parallel programs. The network version of PCN (net-PCN) was ported to the SP1. Runtime support was added to PCN to allow communication to use TCP/IP over either the switch or the ethernet. Several PCN applications were run on the SP1, including the Massively Parallel Mesoscale Model (MPMM).
