This section describes the programming packages that support the applications that have been ported to the SP1. The packages include several numerical libraries (BlockSolve, PETSc, and PRISM) and three programming packages (Chameleon, PCN, and p4). In addition, a port of the draft message-passing standard (MPI) was been made to the SP1.
