Presentations:

All oral presentations will be fifteen minutes in length with a five-minute question/answer period. Posters should be put up the previous day before 2:00pm so they can be viewed during breaks and lunch throughout the day. Presenters are reminded that the audience will consist of many different scientific disciplines; therefore, subject matter should be restricted to a lower undergraduate level. Cash awards will be given to the top three presenters for both the oral and poster contributions categories.

Important Dates:

JULY 9 - Last Day to Register and Send in Abstracts

 

Registration:

All undergraduates and graduate students are encouraged to attend the symposia even if no contribution can be made. There is a $9 registration fee that will include lunch, group photo, certificate of participation, and a program that contains all of the submitted abstracts. To register, just send your name, and division to metzger@anl.gov ..

All students wishing to participate (either orally or with a poster) should send an abstract no longer than 1/2 page in length to: metzger@anl.gov. The abstract should include the student's name, division, and type of presentation being submitted so that we can schedule the appropriate talks and plan for the appropriate amount of poster space needed.
