Hi, I'm an intern here at Argonne in the summer of 2005 working with 
Darius Buntinas and Guillaume Mercier on implementations of the Common 
Communication Subsystems (description to appear in Euro PVM/MPI 2005).

I am also extending the MPICH2 ssm channel to include MPI2 dynamic
process support.  This channel is for SMP environments, using sockets
between hosts and shared memory within.

Also, I'm working with William Gropp on MPICH2 channel implementation
tune-ups.
