I work in the area of storage software for HPC systems, primarily in
parallel I/O and parallel file systems. I am currently the technical lead of the
PVFS v.2 project in MCS.
I have previously done work on the
Globus Toolkit,
a software project enabling grid computing.
My interests include parallel and distributed storage systems and software,
especially research in these areas that help to advance
scientific discovery through
high performance computing.
