Synopsis
PetscErrorCode PetscOListFind(PetscOList fl,const char name[],PetscObject *obj)

Output Parameters
ob -the PETSc object
Notes
The name must have been registered with the PetscOListAdd() before calling this routine.
The reference count of the object is not increased
