 Given a filename, returns the fully qualified file name.

Synopsis

PetscErrorCode  PetscGetFullPath(const char path[],char fullpath[],size_t flen)

Input Parameters

path - pathname to qualify
fullpath - pointer to buffer to hold full pathname
flen - size of fullpath
