Input Parameter
| ts | - the time-step context
|
| mindt | - lowest time step if positive, negative to deactivate
|
Note
Sundials will error if it is not possible to keep the estimated truncation error below
the tolerance set with TSSundialsSetTolerance() without going below this step size.
