Subject: Automated Reasoning Workshop Reminder

Dear AWARD-2003 Participants,

Workshop reminder: July 10--12, 2003 (Thursday 9AM -- Saturday noon)

Lodging: If you plan to stay at the Argonne Guest House and if you
haven't already booked a room, you should do so by TOMORROW
(Wednesday).  The Guest House is holding rooms for us until then.
Guest House reservations: (800) 632-8990 or (630) 739-6000.  Refer to
AWARD-2003.

Gate Passes: If you haven't already done so, you should e-mail Judy
Beumer, beumer@mcs.anl.gov, THIS WEEK, with your full name,
affiliation, and arrival/departure dates.  Passes will allow 24-hour
access.  If you arrive during business hours (8:30AM-5:00PM, M-F),
stop at the visitor's reception center; after hours, you can pick up
your badge at the guard post.

Transportation:  If you plan to arrive by air, please send your flight
information (including the airport).  I'll collect and distribute it
to everyone a few days before the workshop.  Sharing a limo might not
save anything (see next paragraph), but some may be renting cars.

The limo service we usually use is United Limousine.  Their rate from
O'Hare to Argonne is $28 per person (except Saturdays).  The rate from
Midway (or from O'Hare on Saturdays) is $42 for the first person plus
$10 for each additional person.  You need to book with them (phone
630-969-3865) at least a day ahead.
