PetscObjectListDuplicate
Creates a new list from a give object list.
Synopsis
PetscErrorCode PetscObjectListDuplicate(PetscObjectList fl,PetscObjectList *nl)
Input Parameters
fl -pointer to list
Output Parameters
nl -the new list (should point to 0 to start, otherwise appends)
