PetscObjectReference
Indicates to any PetscObject that it is being referenced by another PetscObject. This increases the reference count for that object by one.

Input Parameter
obj -the PETSc object. This must be cast with (PetscObject), for example,
PetscObjectReference((PetscObject)mat);
